Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of one or more ordered products, without having to give any reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the goods.

Notifying Us of Your Withdrawal

To exercise this right of withdrawal, customers must inform JEUJURA CEJ of their decision before the 14-day period expires, by means of a clear written statement sent by email (contact@jeujura.fr) or by mail to the following address: JEUJURA CEJ - Site Marchand JEUJURA.fr - 6 rue des Tilleuls - 39300 SAINT-GERMAIN-EN-MONTAGNE - FRANCE, using the following withdrawal form:

Returning the Product After Sending Your Withdrawal Notice

The product must then be returned to Jeujura CEJ no later than 14 days after the customer sends the withdrawal notice. Products are returned at the customer's own risk, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customers must keep proof of return. We therefore recommend sending the product by registered mail or any other method that provides a verifiable shipping date and allows the return package to be tracked.

Products returned to Jeujura CEJ must meet the following conditions:

- They must be accompanied by the sales invoice, so that the customer and the related order can be identified,

- They must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, worn or soiled), with all included accessories in full working order, as well as all instructions, booklets and documentation,

- They must not have been assembled or used in any way, must show no signs of use, and must be in a condition that allows them to be sold again,

- The product and its original packaging must be properly protected to prevent any damage during shipping (products are returned at the customer's risk),

If an order that included a free gift is canceled in full, the customer is asked to return all ordered products to Jeujura CEJ, including any gifts included in the package.

If the customer withdraws within the allotted time (after notifying Jeujura CEJ) and has not yet received the products, they simply need to refuse the package upon delivery.

Refunds

Once the return package is received, Jeujura will check that the returned product complies with these conditions and is in good condition. No refund will be issued if the returned product has been assembled, visibly used or damaged by the customer.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer or any other payment method chosen by Jeujura CEJ. Unless there is a justified delay, the price of the returned product will be refunded within fourteen days of Jeujura CEJ receiving the product.
